You can ask speakers questions in real-time using the Q&A window. At the end of the session, the speaker(s) will answer as many questions as time allows.

We’ll also have staff monitoring for questions about technical difficulties. If you run into any trouble, please get in touch with us there.

VIEWING TIPS
Sessions open 15 minutes before they start. If you’re still in the lobby after that time, please refresh the page to join the session.
You will need to fill out a form for every session you join. You may fill out the session form(s) in advance of the start time, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link and a calendar invite.
Having technical difficulties viewing a session (e.g. no audio, choppy audio, slides are not moving)?

Please refresh your browser or press F5 (Command R on Macs). If the problem persists, try closing the browser window and then relaunching the session.

If the problem persists, please try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

If you are still having difficulties, test your system for compatibility by referring to the Help widget, found here and within the session console (question mark icon) for additional information.

NASCC Online session recordings, as well as additional NASCC sessions, will be available online approximately 60 days after the conference, at learning.aisc.org. Please note that PDH credit can only be claimed for sessions watched during the live stream.
You do not receive PDH credit for viewing the session recordings.
