How do I register my group in order to receive the $50 discount rate?
After logging into the registration site, click the “Register someone else” button. There is a dropdown list that will include your company’s entire membership roster. Select each person from the list to add them to your registration. You will need to answer the questions for each participant, and click the ‘Update Responses” button before proceeding to the checkout page. The price should adjust to the group discount rate after you have added the fifth registrant.
I need help with my membership status or the membership status of someone at my company.

What technology do I need to view the sessions?
NASCC: The Virtual Steel Conference will broadcast sessions through the ON24 platform through an internet browser (no downloads required). For system, internet browser, and connection requirements to produce an optimal viewing experience, check the ON24 Event Help Guide.
How do I join a session?
I'm registered and trying to enter a session lobby but it's not recognizing my email address.
A session has started and I'm having technical difficulties viewing it.
If you are in the session, use the Q and A to contact us for assistance. You may also resolve most audio and visual issues by refreshing your web browser.
Is there a phone option for audio?
Will session recordings be available?
Yes, approximately 60 days after the conference, we will post the session recordings online. However, in order to receive PDH credit, the sessions must be viewed live.
Are the slides available for download?
Most of our sessions do not have handouts and the slides are not available to download. Instead, AISC will post the session recordings on our website approximately 60 days after the conference. Please note: in order to receive PDH credit, the sessions must be viewed live the week of the conference.
Professional Development Hours
How can I earn a certificate for Professional Development Hours (PDHs)?
Within 2 weeks of the completion of the conference, you will receive an email containing your certificate for the conference showing the sessions that you attended along with the number of hours.
How will attendance be tracked?
AISC will track your attendance through the webinar platform. You must attend the full session to earn credit.
Are the conference sessions approved for American Institute of Architects (AIA) continuing education?
AISC is an approved provider of continuing education with the AIA. Only certain sessions have been approved for AIA continuing education. You can find information on these sessions here.
I missed a session. Can I watch it later for PDH credit?
Although the session recordings will be posted online (approximately 60 days after the conference), you may only receive credit for a session by watching it live during the week of the conference.
