Sponsors typically receive additional complimentary registrations. All other persons from your exhibiting company will be charged a discounted registration fee of $105 per person.
The complimentary exhibitor registrations and the discounted $105 exhibitor registrations include the following:
Access to the Exhibit Hall before and after hours
Entrance to all functions held in the Exhibit Hall (coffee and snack breaks, lunches, and Welcome Reception)
Entrance to Elevate Reception
Entrance to all technical sessions
Admission to NASCC Online
Note: Conference Dinner passes are not included in exhibitor registrations but can be purchased separately.
Discounted rates have been negotiated at hotels within walking distance of the convention center. Housing will open on January 26! Your primary contact will receive an email in January with all the essential details for booking hotel rooms and registering booth personnel. Additionally, you’ll find easy access to hotel information and the necessary links in your Exhibitor Resource Center. Please note, MCI USA (MCI) is the exclusive housing provider for our conference and will never solicit you by phone.
Click here to download a travel visa invitation letter for exhibiting personnel traveling internationally. The letter does not guarantee admittance into the U.S., but it can provide compelling evidence for immigration officials to consider. Please note that AISC cannot intervene with U.S. embassies abroad or with the U.S. State Department on behalf of any participant.
RESOURCES
In mid-June, primary exhibitor contacts can access the Exhibitor Resource Center, which contains all the information and links necessary to prepare for their exhibiting experience. Please check back here then.
Please check back here in mid-December to obtain the detailed exhibitor move-in and move-out schedule.
In mid-December, a comprehensive, online exhibitor services manual will be available to exhibitors by our official exhibitor services provider, Freeman. The online manual contains information about show rules and regulations, exhibit installation and dismantling, shipping, and brochures and order forms for booth products and services.
Each 10' x 10' booth includes an 8' high black back drape and 3' high black side drapes. Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive drapes and an identification sign upon request. Booths do not include furnishings, utilities, or floor covering.
The exhibit hall is not carpeted and exhibitors are required to cover their booth’s entire floor space. You may use your own as long as it covers your entire floor space or you may rent carpet or alternative flooring solutions from Freeman.
Complimentary internet is not available in the exhibit hall. The Georgia World Congress Center offers internet services, or you may use your mobile hotspot or MiFi device.
Booths do not include electrical service. If your exhibit requires it, place your order with the convention center's exclusive electric provider in mid-December.
As the premier educational and networking event for the structural steel industry, the Steel Conference presents a prime opportunity for exhibitors to host meetings or events. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity as long as your meeting or event does not occur during exhibit hall hours (see schedule above).
The list of registered conference participants is provided to exhibitors and sponsors 30 days prior to the conference, two weeks prior to the conference, and approximately 45 days after the conference has ended.
Note: At the time of registration, participants are given the chance to opt-out of being included on such lists.
Contact Renae Gurthet at renae@gurthetmedia.com or 231.995.0637 with questions.
In the days leading up to The Steel Conference, you will most likely receive fraudulent solicitations. Offerings of discounted hotel rooms or booth products and services oftentimes are scams. Our official and only housing partner is MCI USA. Our official provider for exposition products and services is Freeman. Neither MCI nor Freeman will solicit you by phone. Do not buy the attendee list. No one but an official NASCC delegate has it, and we'll provide the official list to exhibitors free of charge.
As a general rule, anyone who solicits your business without providing a contact phone number or an active website is probably not legit.
Be on the lookout for spelling and grammatical errors and unusual characters in brand names or email addresses.
When in doubt, check them out; contact renae@gurthetmedia.com or nascc@aisc.org for help.
MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

Want to connect with customers and prospects who may not otherwise attend NASCC: The Steel Conference? You can offer them a complimentary Exhibit Hall Pass to attend as guests and check out your latest products and services! The pass allows free admission to the exhibit hall on Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24. In mid- to late-January, exhibitors may download it from their Exhibitor Resource Center or obtain it from Renae Gurthet at renae@gurthetmedia.com.
One of the many benefits of exhibiting is the opportunity to conduct an Exhibitor Workshop. This special session informs conference participants about what makes your product or service vital to their businesses. The sign-up deadline has passed, but if you’d like to learn more about the workshop for future consideration, please contact nascc@aisc.org. You’ll receive a confirmation mid-to-late December if you have already submitted a workshop application.
Note: Exhibitor Workshops are not eligible for PDH credits.
