How do I sign up to exhibit in the virtual conference?


Exhibitors who signed up for the 2021 in-person conference are automatically enrolled to exhibit in the virtual event.




How much does it cost to exhibit in the virtual conference?


It’s free of charge for exhibitors who signed up for the in-person conference as a token of our gratitude for your dedication to The Steel Conference and World Steel Bridge Symposium.




How can I elevate my visibility as a virtual exhibitor?


FREE TO VIRTUAL EXHIBITORS:

  • An online exhibitor profile which allows your company to upload contact information, a web address, a business description, social media URLs, a digital logo, an event special, up to 3 press releases/brochures, up to 5 products, and up to 3 videos.

    • Deadline: you may update your profile as often as you like, whenever you like!
  • The ability to connect with attendees via online chat and appointment scheduling.
VIRTUAL EXHIBITOR UPGRADES:
  • Pre- and post- virtual conference lists of opted-in* attendees may be purchased for a one-time fee of $250 if you roll your booth payment into the 2022 conference or $1,000 if you opt for a refund.
    *at the time of registration, registrants are given the choice to opt-out of being included on such lists
    • Pre-conference opted-in* attendee lists will be sent weekly, 30 days prior to the conference
    • Two weeks after the conference, you will receive the final opted-in* attendee list

What are the dates and location for the 2022 conference?


The 2022 Steel Conference will take place March 23 – 25 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.




How do I reserve booth space for the 2022 conference?


Watch your mailbox starting in March! Renae Gurthet will contact you to reserve 2022 booth space based on points accumulated in our exhibitor point system.




How do I register exhibit staff for the virtual conference?


If exhibitor staff would like to attend conference sessions they will need to register as an attendee. Please go to the Pricing and Registration page for more information. Personnel who only plan to attend to your virtual profile (reply to chats and appointment requests) should log into your exhibitor profile with login credentials established by your booth coordinator.
